Please review our return and refund policy below:

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a broken bottle, leaked bottle, or

a different item than what you ordered, you must contact us within 24 hours from the delivery date.

To request a return, please email us at info@majestic-oud.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:

Your order number, A clear photo showing the issue, Your contact information and a brief explanation of the problem.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received and must not be used, altered, or damaged further after delivery.

Once we receive your return request, please allow up to 48 hours for us to review the case and determine whether

it is eligible for return. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label. For approved returns caused by

a broken bottle, leaked bottle, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping fees and the re-shipping cost for the replacement product.

After receiving the return label, the customer must drop off the return package within two business days.

Please do not send any item back before receiving return approval and a return label from us.

Refunds may be considered when applicable, depending on the case and product availability.
